HYROX coaching
Eight stations, eight kilometres, one clock. HYROX does not forgive poor technique. Most injuries happen not in the competition but in the preparation – which is why resilience comes before pace.
Why with an osteopath?
I see both: the movement on the floor and the tissue on the treatment table. If something goes wrong in training, nobody has to look for an appointment somewhere else first. Small groups, fixed times, you can start any time.
