A holistic approach, focused on self-healing, individually tailored therapy. Osteopathy does not work on one spot but on four systems that influence each other. Which one comes first is decided by the examination.
Musicians
Hours in the same posture: neck, shoulder, wrist, jaw. Complaints that arise at the instrument and show themselves at the instrument.

Diaphragm, breathing, voice, posture – plus the load of shooting and rehearsal schedules that make no allowance for recovery.
High achievers
Desk work plus ambitious training. Back, disc, headaches – often the bill for both together.

Joints, muscles, ligaments – where faulty load shows up first.
Fascial
The connective tissue that explains why the pain is not where its cause is.
Visceral
Mobility of the organs, with influence on diaphragm, pelvis and spine.
Cranio-sacral
The axis between skull and sacrum: headaches, jaw, tinnitus.
