Osteopathic diagnostics along the line of load: chains, fascia, joint mechanics and movement patterns in context. The question is not only where it hurts, but why the injury happened in the first place. Qualified as a sports osteopath at the Osteopathie Schule Deutschland, proven in practice up to Bundesliga level. Bookable in my practice in Berlin-Halensee – or as on-site care right where you train.
Injury
Muscle, tendon, joint – after the incident in training or competition. First assess the structure, then treat precisely.
Rebuilding
Follow-up treatment after surgery: regain mobility, release the scar and the surrounding tissue, rebuild load step by step.
Preparation
Before a season, tournament or competition: check resilience, release the brakes, plan recovery.
Root cause
Complaints that keep coming back. Along the chain of load, until we find the spot that causes the trouble.
